If you love the library and need service hours, come to TLC!

TLC (Teen Library Council) is a group passionate about cultivating and improving library services for teens.

What to expect at TLC

  • You’ll work with a team to develop new ideas, such as how to design our new teen area.
  • Plan, attend, and lead teen events.
  • Earn volunteer hours by attending meetings and helping with special projects.
  • Be a library ambassador to your school, groups you’re involved in, and on social media.
  • The valuable volunteer, leadership, and community experience you’ll gain is great to list on a resume or college application.
