Join Bayley Thompson every Wednesday at 1:30 PM in the Carnegie Library Center. Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that can alleviate stress and various other health conditions, such as decreasing anxiety, elevating mood, and increasing muscle strength. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
