Two shows on Wednesday, June 19: 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM in the Carnegie Library Center

Sharks are awesome, and tend to get a lot of attention in the media. However, they are often misrepresented and misunderstood – and WAVE Foundation is working to change that by bringing live Coral Cat Sharks and Epaulette Sharks to you! The goal of the mobile Shark Cart program is to educate and engage our community, connecting you with a keystone species in our ocean’s ecosystem.

In addition to live sharks, several animal biofacts are used in this presentation including shark jaws, a can of shark fin soup, shark eggs, and more. By then end of this program you will know how you can make a difference in shark conservation!
