Tai Chi on the Lawn

Tai Chi can improve your flexibility, decrease anxiety, improve your mood and increase muscle strength. Join us on the front lawn for Easy Tai Chi with Bayley Thompson. Classes will be held every Tuesday at 11:30 AM in June, July, and August. Registration is not necessary.
